ACCREDITATION
Our accreditation
- APMG International accredited PRINCE2 training provider
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Global Registered Education Provider
- Association for Project Management (APM) Learning & Training
Provider
We are accredited by all the leading world project management organisations. This is one of our main comparative advantages proving the quality of our training & consultancy as well.
Which Accreditation is right for you?
Although there are similarities in all three standards, if you wish to pursue accreditation you will need to decide which industry body is right for you and your organisation. Generally the IPMA (through the APM in the UK) and PRINCE2™ provide the more recognised standard if you are based in Europe and the PMI elsewhere in the world. The differences between the three bodies tends to be more related to the level, focus, breadth and depth of the project management principles, processes, techniques and methods, rather than there being any fundamentally conflicting views about best-practise project management. However, a key factor is whether your own organisation is already aligned to one of the standards – this may depend on where your organisation is headquartered or on its own preference. For further advice on which standard is best for you and your organisation or on specific accreditation levels offered by the different bodies contact us.
Certification Process
- Project Management Institute (PMI) requires that applicants for Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) have certain experience and undertake formal training in project management. This requirement you will fulfil by attending our PMP course. The PMP test is multiple-choice and is provided by Prometric centre (there is one branch in Prague as well). The PMP exam has to be booked individually through the PMI web page. We will prepare you thoroughly for this demanding test in our Exam Preparation Workshop.
- PRINCE2 certification has two levels Foundation and Practitioner and the exam is focused on the knowledge of this methodology. The exams for both of the levels are included in our courses.
- IPMA certification exam (Level D) is organised at the end of Exam Preparation Workshop and the necessary knowledge is provided by attending our IPMA course. The courses are accredited by Association for Project Management (British national IPMA organisation)
